THE /// PROJECT is an independent fashion house and trading brand operated by THE PROJECT TRADING W.L.L., a company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 126177 and Commercial License No. 238238. The online store is operated from Qatar. References to “THE PROJECT”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean THE PROJECT TRADING W.L.L. as the seller and operator of the store.
The store currently makes products available to selected destinations shown at checkout. Availability of countries, delivery services and payment methods may change from time to time.
We aim to describe and present each piece accurately, including available sizes, colours, prices and relevant product information. Photography, display settings and lighting may cause minor visual differences in colour or texture.
Product descriptions, images and other content must not be understood as reducing any mandatory right you have where a product is defective, materially misdescribed or does not conform to applicable requirements.
Prices displayed by the store are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless another currency is expressly indicated. The price applicable to an order is the price presented during checkout at the time the order is submitted.
Delivery charges, taxes, duties or other amounts that apply to the selected destination will be presented or handled as described during checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. Where a pricing error is obvious, we may contact you before accepting the order rather than fulfil it at the erroneous price.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receipt of an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.
An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch where, for example, the product is unavailable, payment is not successfully authorised, the order information is materially incomplete, there is a clear pricing or product-information error, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment would breach applicable law. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Change-of-mind returns, exchanges, refund processing, return conditions and the procedure for starting a return are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Nothing in these terms or that policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, where a product is defective or does not conform to applicable requirements, statutory remedies remain available in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
Promotions, private offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and may not be combined with another offer.
We may refuse or cancel a promotion where it has expired, is used contrary to its stated conditions, or results from an obvious technical or pricing error, without affecting any order already lawfully accepted where cancellation would not be permitted.
You may be able to create a customer account to review orders and manage account information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information.
Please notify us through the Contact page if you believe your account is being used without authorisation. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, the store or other users.
The website, brand names, logos, editorial content, photography, graphics, product imagery, garment designs and other material displayed through the site are owned by or licensed to THE /// PROJECT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited, scraped or used to create derivative commercial material without prior permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
You must not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s account, place orders using false information, or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the store.
We may restrict access where necessary to investigate or prevent misuse, subject to applicable law.
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control. Content, collections and functionality may be updated as the house evolves.
We do not promise that every product shown will remain available until an order is accepted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where exclusion or restriction would be unlawful. Any provision that conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection obligation is intended to apply only to the extent legally permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE /// PROJECT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. This does not affect rights to compensation or other remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

These terms and purchases through the store are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a concern arises, please contact client care first so that we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from using a remedy, complaint process or competent court available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the store, services, policies or applicable requirements change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
